Greek Language & Culture School
Language is more than words — it’s the thread that connects us to our ancestors, our faith, and our identity. At St. Nicholas, we believe that passing on the Greek language and culture to the next generation is one of the most meaningful gifts we can give our children and our community.
Why Greek School Matters
Every generation carries forward something precious: the stories, songs, dances, and traditions that make us who we are. Without intention, these gifts can quietly fade. Our Greek School exists to make sure they don’t.

Children’s Program
Language
Students learn to read, write, and speak Greek in an encouraging, age-appropriate environment. Our curriculum is designed to build confidence and fluency at every level.
Culture
Learning Greek goes far beyond the alphabet. Our culture curriculum brings Greece to life through:
- History & Geography — From ancient civilizations to modern Greece
- Celebrations & Customs — The traditions that shape our calendar and our faith
- Music & Dance — The songs and movements passed down through generations
- Myths & Legends — The stories that have captivated the world for thousands of years
Adult Greek School
It’s never too late to learn. Our Adult Greek School welcomes complete beginners as well as those who grew up hearing Greek at home and want to strengthen their understanding.
Tuition: $300 per year
Materials fee: $60 (includes textbook and all class materials)
