The St. Photini Women’s Study group meets weekly to explore how we, as Orthodox Christians, can cultivate lives that are pleasing to God. Together, we reflect on topics and questions of everyday life through the lens of the Holy Scriptures, Holy Tradition, the Church Fathers, and other meaningful literature.
Our Mission
Our purpose is to gain a deeper understanding of how to love God, our neighbors, and ourselves through topical studies of the Holy Scriptures, Holy Tradition, and the Holy Fathers. We cultivate unity with Him and each other as we learn how to apply this knowledge to our daily lives.
What to Expect
This is a space for personal growth and unity in faith — a place to grow closer to God and to one another through honest discussion and shared learning. Whether you’re new to Orthodoxy or have studied Scripture your whole life, all women of the parish are welcome to join.
