F.R.O.G.Men brings together men from St. Nicholas and beyond to study Holy Scripture, grow in faith together, and serve Christ’s Church. Whether you’re a longtime parishioner or new to the community, this ministry offers a welcoming place for fellowship, spiritual growth, and meaningful service.
Our Mission
Our mission is to gather men together from the community and beyond to study the Holy Scripture, to bond together in the Lord, and to serve in His Holy Church.
What We Do
- Bible Study & Fellowship — We meet regularly to study Scripture and support one another in our walk of faith.
- The Annual Golf Tournament — Our signature fundraiser supports local, national, military, and Orthodox charities, and provides scholarships to St. Nicholas families for college expenses and summer youth camps.
- Mentorship Program — We’re developing a program to walk alongside community members navigating retirement planning, budgeting, financial hardship, or medical decisions.
- Fellowship Events — From our annual kickoff party to Sunday football, Hockey Night, ODU basketball, March Madness, and a trip to Harbor Park, there’s always a reason to get together. We also proudly host the Palm Sunday luncheon and the community picnic each year.
Growing Together
We’re always looking to welcome more men into our community — our goal is to grow regular attendance at meetings and events by 25%. If you’re looking for a group of men to study, serve, and share life with, we’d love to have you.
