Open to all youth, 6th through 12th grade
GOYA is where our middle and high school students grow in faith, build lasting friendships, and have fun together. It’s a place for teens to connect with God, with each other, and with the wider Orthodox community — and it’s open to everyone in 6th through 12th grade, church member or not.
What a GOYA Evening Looks Like
- Dinner — Every gathering starts with a meal together.
- Prayer & Lesson — We come together in the church for prayer and a lesson connecting faith to everyday life.
- Fellowship — The rest of the evening is spent hanging out in the Youth Room and church hall, building friendships in a fun, welcoming environment.
Beyond Our Regular Meetings
GOYA offers plenty of ways to stay connected throughout the year, including:
- Trips and retreats
- Lock-ins
- Service projects in our community
Bring a Friend!
GOYA is open to all 6th through 12th graders — you don’t have to be a member of St. Nicholas to join us. We encourage our GOYAns to invite their friends along for dinner, fellowship, and fun.
